Guangzhou Citic Plaza

Guangzhou Citic Plaza

Located in New City Center, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, China, Guangzhou Citic Plaza consists of an 80-storey skyscraper (CITIC Tower), two 38-storey annex buildings, 4 floors serving as a shopping mall’s podium, and 2 floors underground as the parking lots. When completed in 1997, it was the tallest building in China. Today, it is still the tallest concrete building in the world, and one of the most iconic landmarks in Guangzhou. There are several Fortune 500 companies and consulates stationed there. In addition to providing efficient, comfortable elevators for the Plaza, Hitachi also delivers domestic leading high-standard elevator maintenance services.

New Qinghai Building

New Qinghai Building

Located in the Lize Financial Business District of Beijing, about 720m from the third ring road, 420m from Lize Road, New Qinghai Building sits north of Fenghuangzui North Road, east of Jinzhongdu West Road and business street, west of Xizhan South Road, with the urban greenbelt on the west and adjoining administrative landto the south, enjoying the city’s superior resources. With Sheraton Hotel to the east and office buildings to the west side, this project uses 33 Hitachi Elevators.

Exchange Tower of Shenzhen Stock Exchange

Exchange Tower of Shenzhen Stock Exchange

Located at Futian Financial Center, North of Shennan Avenue, this Exchange Tower was designed by the world-famous architect, Rem Koolhaas, covering a total construction area of 267,000m2. With a “floating platform” known as “the world's largest sky garden”, that covers a total construction area of 15,800m2, it is a high-end commercial building integrating modern offices, securities trading and financial research. Hitachi Elevator provided more than 50 elevators for this project, all using Hitachi’s 24h remote monitoring service.

Tianjin Kerry Center

Tianjin Kerry Center

Financed by Tianjin Kerry Properties Limited, under Kerry Properties Limited, built by the North China Company of CRCEG, Tianjin Kerry Center is located in the Tianjin South Station CBD in Hedong District of Tianjin. As one of the six parts of Tianjin Haihe project, it is also a landmark of Tianjin South Station CBD. This project includes two first-class office buildings and one apartment building, equipped with various facilities such as five-star hotel, shopping mall and fitness club. Hitachi Elevator provided hotels, apartments and the shopping mall of Beijing Kerry Center with a total of 77 products.

Xiamen Shimao Haixia Building (Twin towers)

Xiamen Shimao Haixia Building (Twin towers)

Xiamen Shimao Haixia Building Project is located on the northwest side of Yanwu Bridge in Siming District, neighboring Xiamen University International Business Center in the south, and Huandao Road in the southwest. The project covers an area of more than 30,000 m2 and consists of two super high-rise major buildings (with a total height of 300 meters) and podiums, including 270,000 m2 above ground and 72,800 m2 underground, with a floor area ratio of 8.8. It includes hotels, offices and SOHOs.

Shanghai Pudong Kerry Center

Shanghai Pudong Kerry Center

Shanghai Pudong Kerry Center, the largest comprehensive development project, is located in the core area Huamu in the Pudong District, covering a total building area of 330,000 m2. The project includes international shopping malls, first-class office buildings, five-star hotels and high-class serviced apartments. As the core business building in the region, it has an all-around demand for elevators and escalators. To meet that purpose, Hitachi sent a special team to the site, and provided industry-leading escalators and elevators.

Hangzhou International Conference Center/Intercontinental Hotel

Hangzhou International Conference Center/Intercontinental Hotel

Hangzhou International Conference Center, located in Jianggan District, is a landmark building which combines a large conference center and a super five-star hotel. The open-style underground Bolang Culture Town connects Hangzhou Citizen Center, Hangzhou Grand Theater, Hangzhou Urban Balcony, making it the core area with the greatest culture taste, and commercial value in Qianjiang. The project uses 17 Hitachi Elevators, including imported large-sized machine-room-less sightseeing elevators with a capacity of over 1000 kg, and small-sized machine-room-less sightseeing elevators with FI-340G group control system and learning function, to meet various requirements of the comprehensive international conference center.

TaiKoo Hui

TaiKoo Hui

Located in the core of the Tianhe CBD, Guangzhou TaiKoo Hui has a total construction area of 406,000m2, with one of Guangzhou's most luxurious shopping malls, two Grade A office buildings and Guangzhou's first cultural Oriental Hotel. About 80% of the office area is rented by companies listed among the Fortune 500. TaiKoo Hui Tower I and II are the first buildings in Guangzhou that received the Gold Award of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED). During project implementation, customers need to help the buildings achieve more efficient and energy-saving products. To that end, Hitachi Elevator established a large project team to provide energy-saving and environmental protection solutions that meet customer needs, and delivers sound products and after-sales services by means of energy feedback, intelligent group control and unique AN2 installation methods.

Wuxi Wharf IFC

Wuxi Wharf IFC

Wuxi Wharf IFC, located on the middle line of south Taihu Square, core area of the square, and plays a role of counterbalance in the layout of the square. The main body of Wharf Taihu Square’s commercial building is designed to have 83 stories with a height of 339m, covering an area of 29,159.2 m2, and gross building area 252,198 m2. The project is positioned as a combination of five-star hotels, commercial office buildings and high-quality commercial places. In light of the usage requirements of the building, Hitachi provided both imported and domestic products.

Puli Hotel Shanghai

Puli Hotel Shanghai

Puli Hotel Shanghai, the first luxury hotel positioned as“the island of peach blossoms” in Shanghai, located in the middle of Nanjing West Road and Yan’an Middle Road, it sits next to the comprehensive first-class office building, Park Place. Different from the service provided by traditional luxury hotels, Puli Hotel Shanghai, has the philosophy of letting guests enjoy a life of luxury, integrating the charm of scenic spots into a modern city, forming a sense of modest luxury and elegance. The integration of modern style and revivalism brings guests a completely new experience. As the supplier, Hitachi provided dedicated decorations and support in the combination of the hotel style and positioning.

Guangzhou Pazhou International Exhibition Center

Guangzhou Pazhou International Exhibition Center

Guangzhou Pazhou International Exhibition Center is located on Pazhou Island, Chigang. Pazhou has a land area of 9.66 square kilometers, sitting adjacent to the Pearl River in the north, and important urban development areas such as Zhujiang New City, Guangzhou New Technology Industrial Development Zone, Chigang Consulate District and Changzhou Cultural Tourism Scenic Area. Officially put into use at the end of 2002, this project is the biggest, highest-level international exhibition center in Asia, with the most advanced facilities, able to meet the needs of holding large-scale, international trade fairs, and exhibitions.

New Center of Anhui Provincial Administration of Radio, Film and Television

New Center of Anhui Provincial Administration of Radio, Film and Television

New Center of Anhui Provincial Administration of Radio, Film and Television, located in the south of the Swan Lake of Hefei New Municipal And Culture District Development, is seated north of Qimen Road, west of Bijiashan Road, south of Longtu Road and east of Xingguang West Road. The project, occupying a land area of 163,005m2 and a gross building area about 385,165m2, is divided into two phases. For phase I, the main building above ground contains 48 stories, and stands about 226mhigh, taking up 268,000m2; under ground there are 2 stories (or 3 stories in some parts), taking up 70,000m2. The project uses 70 Hitachi Elevators, including many super high-speed elevators, cargo elevators, machine-room-less elevators and escalators.

Beijing International Trade Center (Building B, Phase III)

Beijing International Trade Center (Building B, Phase III)

China Beijing World Towers is located in the core area of Beijing CBD and consists of China World Hotel, West Building of China World Towers, China World Shopping Mall and China World Trade Center- Phase III, with a total construction area of 176,000 m2. The rentable area ranges from 64 m2 to 1727 m2 for the whole floor.

Height: 316 m.

Elevators: 93.

Highlights: The project consists of five-star hotels, Ultra-Grade A office buildings and shopping malls. The seven sightseeing elevators installed in the mall are specially designed to hide moving parts, making the elevator run like“magnetic levitation”.

Sheraton Hotel of Zhengzhou Meisheng Center

Sheraton Hotel of Zhengzhou Meisheng Center

Sheraton Hotel of Zhengzhou Meisheng Center is located in the southwest intersection of Jinshui East Road and Nongye East Road in Zhengdong New Area. With a magnificent exterior, it interacts impressively with Missun Center’s large 5A office building of below 120,000 m2. As the landmark building in Zhengdong New Area, the hotel, sitting close to CBD in Zhengdong New Area, and connected to Zhengzhou International Conference and Exhibition Center, it enjoys a good geographical location.

Shenyang Maoye Center

Shenyang Maoye Center

Shenyang Maoye Center is located in the line of “Jinlang”, the core area of Wulihe Business Area. The project, where the highest building is over 310.9m, covers a land area of 25,6000 m2, and a gross building area of 420,000 m2, including large-scale shopping plaza, super five-star hotels, international 5A office buildings, luxurious apartments and high grade residences. When serving super large-scale, comprehensive, commercial buildings, Hitachi’s elevator team builds a special service team to provide professional products, services and suggestions. When the project is completed, there will be over 30 Hitachi Elevators in service.

Urumqi Guanghui Times Square

Urumqi Guanghui Times Square

Times Square, with a total planning land area of 29,400 m2, is located at the foot of the beautiful Red Mountain, the former site of Urumqi Municipal Government, neighboring Guangming Road on the south, Hongshan Road on the north, and West Bridge (a long-history, vital traffic artery of Urumqi) on the southwest. With convenient traffic, Times Square corresponds to Hongshan New Century, Huifeng Park and Zhongtian Plaza developed by Guanghui, forming a new urban landmark in Urumqi.

Highlights: customized elevators; technology that reduces the area of the machine room by 56%; braking performance is 50% higher than national standards.

Shenzhen Bay Sci-tech Biological Park

Shenzhen Bay Sci-tech Biological Park

Shenzhen Bay Sci-Tech Biological Park is located in the core area of Shenzhen Bay Area, and is the largest remaining area for construction in Shenzhen Bay Area. It is adjacent to Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cooperation Zone, Houhai Development Center and Dashahe Golf Course. With a perfect surrounding road network and convenient rail transportation, it is extremely convenient to connect the important functional areas of Hong Kong and Shenzhen, so its location conditions are very advantageous. Shenzhen Bay Sci-Tech Biological Park covers an area of 203,000 m2, with a total construction area of more than 1.2 million m2. The project is divided into four phases which start at the same time: construction of 200,000 m2 of industrial buildings is completed and delivered within 18 months. The whole project will be completed in four years.

Highlights: high-speed permanent magnet synchronous host. The elevators installed in District 3 and District 4, in the super high-rise building of the Park, are supplied by Hitachi, including 10 double-car elevators.

Xiangjiang Fortune Financial Center

Xiangjiang Fortune Financial Center

Xiangjiang Fortune Financial Center or Xiangjiang FFC, is financed by Pioneer Holding Group, and developed by Pioneer Hengwei Real Estate. The project targets the“Financial Landmark of Xiangjiang New District”, and is prominently located on the central axis of Hunan Financial Center, and above subway Line 4 (Financial Center Station), which integrates office buildings, commerce and hotel apartments. With a total volume of 660,000 m2, of which Tower A, with a height of 328 m under construction, is the tallest building in Hunan Xiangjiang New District.

Changzhou Modern Media Center

Changzhou Modern Media Center

Changzhou Modern Media Center is located in the east of Huishan Road, south of Taihu Road, north of the Administrative Center, and west of the Public Security Emergency Command Center in Xinbei District, Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province. It covers an area of 53 mu, with a total construction area of 300,000 m2 and a construction period of 4 years. This Center gathers many media such as radio, television and Internet websites, and cultural and creative enterprises, such as film and television and animation production. Corresponding to adjacent projects such as the National Animation Industry Base, Huaxia Arts Expo Park, Museum, Sports Exhibition Center and Grand Theater, it jointly forms a national, influential cultural industry base. The total investment is about 2.8 billion. The main tower has a total height of 333 meters and is currently the tallest building in Changzhou.

Wenzhou World Trade Center

Wenzhou World Trade Center

Wenzhou World Trade Center Building is located on Lot No. 8 and No. 9 of Jiefang South Road Block in Wenzhou Downtown. Facing Jiefang South Road in the east, Maanchi Road in the south, and Trade Plaza in the northwest, it has 68 floors above ground and 4 floors underground, with 72 floors in total. It is 333 meters high above ground, and covers an area of 31,000 m2, among which the above-ground building area is over 180,000 m2 and the underground area is more than 70,000 m2. With a total construction area of over 250,000 m2, its building scale is equivalent to fifteen Wuma Streets. It is a comprehensive commercial and trade office building integrating functions of business, office, sightseeing, entertainment, catering, and conferences.

Kunming Henglong Plaza

Kunming Henglong Plaza

Kunming Henglong Plaza (Spring City 66) with a total land area of 56,042.97 m2 (84.06 mu) is close to the interchange station of Line 2 and Line 3 of Kunming Rail Transit. With construction area extending from Dongfeng Road in the north, Beijing Road in the west, Shangyi Street in the south and Shangyi Lane in the east, it has unique location advantages. The construction of Kunming Henglong Plaza is mainly based on modern high-rise buildings. After its completion, Kunming Henglong Plaza will become a new urban complex which gathers a high-end shopping center, a 5A commercial office building and urban apartments, and integrates financial, business and residential functions.

Nanning Longguang Century Plaza

Nanning Longguang Century Plaza

The construction of Longguang Century Project is an 82-storey (400-meter), super high-rise hotel office building, and a 54-storey (180-meter), super high-rise apartment-style office building. The total planning land area is approximately 22,669.62 m2, and the total construction area is 392,091 m2. There is a three-story podium and a four-story podium connected between the two buildings. The main function of the skirt building is commercial, and the tower is used as a hotel and apartment office.

Beijing Shijingshan Wanda Plaza

Beijing Shijingshan Wanda Plaza

Adjacent to the extension line of West Chang'an Avenue in the north, Beijing Shijingshan Wanda Plaza, after completion, will be a new commercial landmark radiating to surrounding areas and will become a commercial center in Shijingshan District, or even the western region. Due to the short project schedule, Hitachi Elevator set up a special team, during the service period, to coordinate with the construction plan in the early design stage. Also, it adopted the special lifting cage and AN2 installation method during the installation process, and finally provided customers with comprehensive product services on time.

Jinlitong Building

Jinlitong Building

Located in the core development area of Shenzhen Navigation, Jinlitong Building is the only twin-tower landmark in the Baozhong area. The project is planned to contain a 224-meter-high super-grade office building, which will be built into a“front sea, garden-style, high-end commercial complex integrating an office building, city residence and podium.
