Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) is the fourth public University in Singapore, ranking after University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University and Singapore Management University. The founder, president of Singapore University of Technology and Design is Professor Thomas L. Magnanti, Dean of the Engineering Institute, Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Tsutenkaku

Tsutenkaku is an observation tower in Osaka, Japan. It is 103m high (body of 100m and antenna of 3m), being the landmark of Osaka. It is also listed in Japanese Cultural Heritage. The word "Tsutenkaku", meaning "building leading to heaven", was named by Fujisawa Nangaku, a Confucian in the early Meiji period. It was designed by Tachū Naitō and completed in 1956 (Showa 31). In 1957 (Showa 32), the next year after completion, a huge advertisement for Hitachi appeared on the side of the tower.
